Talent Acquisition & Learning Development Deputy Manager

Talent Acquisition: Responsible for attracting, finding and acquiring skilled labor or organization needs including:
Promoting the organization's image
Lead the company branding initiative for recruitment marketing channels.
Monitoring recruitment channels, sources, website, internal workplace to ensure the recruitment information are up to date.
Attracting, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates (assessing skills, testing, ranking, reference checking, etc.)
Job advertising and posting internally and externally, including third party recruiting agencies.
Talent staffing and planning
Managing new employee induction process
Responsible for exit interview, providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
Ensure policies, practices & procedures are understood and followed by direct reports & customers.
Recruitment report for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual as request
Learning & Development:
Employee career development
Planning, organizing, and developing training curricular, materials, and programs
Analyzing training needs and developing program
Prepare training plan for quarterly and annual training
Evaluating third party training providers
Managing delivery of internal and external provided training
Training on general skills and competencies, leadership and management development
Control the training cost to make sure within the training budget
Monitoring training cost
