JOB OVERVIEWHire Right Solution is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager on behalf of our client, a leading multinational company in the BPO industry.
The successful candidate will lead talent acquisition strategies, drive high-volume recruitment operations, manage recruitment team performance, and collaborate with senior leadership to support business growth in Vietnam and across the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to support business objectives and mass hiring demands.
Lead, coach, and manage recruitment teams, ensuring achievement of hiring targets, KPIs, and deadlines.
Oversee workforce planning, recruitment capacity, and hiring budgets.
Drive employer branding, sourcing strategies, campus recruitment, and employee referral programs.
Monitor recruitment performance, analyze hiring metrics, and present recommendations to senior management.
Optimize recruitment channels, ATS utilization, and end-to-end hiring processes.
Standardize recruitment operations, ensure compliance, and drive continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders and
business leaders on recruitment initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, with proven mass hiring experience.
Strong expertise in high-volume recruitment strategies and team management.
Experience working in fast-paced environments; BPO industry experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Workday.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
