Lead a recruitment team.
Enhance the team's skillset.
Ensure the team meets objectives set and approved by management.
Support the team in achieving both qualitative and quantitative goals on a daily basis.
Ensure compliance with the recruitment procedure and deadlines.
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft accurate job descriptions for each role.
Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessment activities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment activities with overall HR strategies.
Monitor and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Lead employer branding initiatives to bolster Ozeol's reputation as an employer of choice

A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
