- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and deliver the best talent.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a strong talent pool through market insights, employer branding initiatives, and relationship management to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, engaging candidate journey by delivering excellent service and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in additional HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Yêu cầu
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting.
• Experience in headhunting or large companies is a plus.
Skills:
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
