Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter)

Recruitment
Working closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring requirements for each position
Searching IT candidates & other positions as company's requirements
Manage full full cycle of recruitment (Job Posting internally and externally, Screen CVs, Interview arrangement & reference check)
Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Generate and maintain candidate databases from various sources to fill any hiring demand shortly
Manage candidate networks, build trust and maintain a good rapport with candidates
Identifying, approaching, and attracting talents, building up a wide HR network
Market mapping and creating qualified candidate database through various recruiting activities, via job portals, universities, social networks, media channels, etc.
Other recruitment tasks when assigned by company
On-boarding & Off-boarding arrangement
In-charge of preparing & welcoming new-hire onboard and relevant new-hire's document.
Carry out off-board procedure for employee
Other HR tasks
Involve in organizing company events with team
Support benefits practices and HR documents for employees
