* Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle Management (70%)
* Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for production workers and staff positions
- Execute employer branding strategies across Zalo, Facebook, LinkedIn and recruitment platforms. Manage job postings, recruitment campaigns, and candidate communications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Source, screen, and interview candidates aligned with company culture
- Build talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness...)
- Conduct market research on compensation and hiring trends to propose hiring solutions accordingly.
* Onboarding & integration
- Deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires
- Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure smooth integration into teams
- Serve as primary point of contact during employees' first 90 days
* General HR Support (30%)
- Coordinate and execute training programs, workshops, engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, audit documentation, and support special projects as assigned by the direct manager.

- Good English and proficient in office computer skills.
* Education & experience
- Graduated from college or higher with a major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 02-05 years of experience in Talent Acquisition role or similar position in manufacturing companies
- Proven track record of successful hiring (workers and employees) and employer branding initiatives
