Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Work with department managers to understand recruitment needs, update job descriptions, and proposes suitable solutions under specific timelines.
Play the expert role in recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, offering.
Facilitate the testing and interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
Seek multiple and effective sources of a proactive talent sourcing approach to identify, pipeline & engage with potentially suitable candidates for both multiple short and long-term hiring goals (Especial in Technology and Blockchain, Crypto industry)
Recommend improvement opportunities for talent acquisition and other HR topics.
Figure out ensure solutions to hit achievement of the timely goals;
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
Manage onboarding and offboarding of team members, promotion, transfer, etc.
Work with stakeholders to define training programs from time to time.
