YOUR ROLE
As the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will lead the Ho Chi Minh recruitment team while remaining hands-on in recruiting critical positions. This role requires a strong headhunting mindset, excellent market intelligence, and the ability to coach recruiters while partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent.
You will play a key role in building recruitment strategies, improving hiring effectiveness, and driving recruitment excellence through data, technology, and AI-enabled tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and coach a Talent Acquisition team of 1-2 recruiters, ensuring high recruitment quality, productivity, and professional development.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-level, senior-level, and critical positions, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, networking, referrals, and talent mapping to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for leadership, commercial, technology, operations, and other business-critical functions.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and
Business Leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market intelligence, and recommend effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, salary benchmarking, and talent landscape research to support strategic workforce planning.
• Monitor and improve recruitment KPIs, including Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Candidate Experience, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Hiring Manager Satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, interview standards, and recruitment best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools and digital technologies to enhance sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, recruitment analytics, and operational productivity.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and hiring insights for management, ensuring recruitment activities align with business growth objectives and organizational priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Recruitment Consulting.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a recruitment team.
• Strong headhunting mindset with proven success in identifying, approaching, and closing passive candidates for mid-to-senior level positions.
• Experience recruiting within service industries, such as Media, Advertising, Digital, Technology, FMCG, Retail, Consulting, or Professional Services.
• Candidates with prior experience in headhunting firms or executive search agencies are highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategy development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior hiring managers.
• Proficiency in modern recruitment technologies, including Job Portal, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search techniques, and AI-powered sourcing or recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, ownership, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. English proficiency is an advantage.
