Customer Service Experience
Local owner of the interview process, collaborating and following up with hiring managers and ensuring correct procedures are adhered to.
Be a key person to post job adverts on social media and our job portal in Asia.
Keep consistent contact with future new hires for potential referrals.
Ensure open communication with management on challenges faced and suggest alternative solutions.
Work cohesively with your local Peopleworks team to ensure that employee enquiries are channeled to the correct person or department.
Talent Acquisition
Work with the Peopleworks Leader and hiring manager to hire new staff as per our team one-best-way (OBW).
Follow the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including working with local the Peopleworks team and hiring manager to ensure consistency of the recruitment process and exceptional candidate care (i.e. candidate referrals, Employee Referral Programs, headhunting, etc.)
Promote the referral program and maintain the employee referrals record.
Timely reporting of recruitment activity and pipeline to leadership.
Use your initiative and offer new ideas that support company in creating best-in-class onboarding programs and building high performing teams.
Ensure OBW recruitment and onboarding processes and that policies are followed and consistent within the business.
Recruitment Marketing and Branding
Attend talent networking and recruitment events such as trade shows and school evenings in order to generate a pipeline of qualified leads using your expertise of our brands and business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in direct sourcing, ideally a combination of staffing and corporate/in-house.
Experience in recruitment agencies is desirable.
HR degree/qualification in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, or relevant experience.
Understanding of the candidate market, HR policy, procedures & practice across local region is an advantage.
Fluent in written and spoken English and local language.
