Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Talent Development Specialist (Manufacturing, $1200, ID-16891)
Develop, implement, and continuously improve an effective recruitment and selection strategy and policy.
Manage and promote the company's brand on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to attract talent.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for training and development across all roles and departments.
Monitor, measure, and report on training outcomes to ensure alignment with business transformation goals.
Lead initiatives that embed the values of creativity, quality, and efficiency into daily operations, including cost-saving programs and KPI development.
Organize workshops, team-building activities, and communication campaigns to foster employee engagement and alignment with organizational values.
Take a leading role in driving transformation projects mandated by BOD, such as ERP implementation, HR information system upgrades, and AI adoption.
Requirement
Female, 25-35 years old.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Having at least 5-7 years experience in manufacturing industry. Strong project management skills, with experience in ERP implementation or similar technology-driven projects.
Fluent in the four skills of English.
