Develop and implement the After Sales Service strategy in alignment with VinFast's business goals and vision.
Ensure high-quality after-sales service, improve customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement, and analyze feedback.
Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of after-sales experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Streamline processes and implement cost-efficient methods to improve after-sales activities and measure performance using statistical tools.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth integration of innovations and after-sales continuity.
Build and maintain relationships with service providers and partners to ensure high-quality support.
Regularly report on service performance, customer feedback, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Lead the identification and negotiation of partnerships with workshops from other brands for Vinfast vehicle repairs, ensuring they meet VinFast's tool and facility requirements.
Manage the expansion and operations of workshops to align with regional after-sales service goals and ensure quality
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales operations, service network development, workshop management, or dealer support functions.
Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics, repair operations, warranty management, technical service processes, and customer experience management.
Proven experience in building and managing service networks, authorized workshops, dealer operations, or third-party service partnerships.
Experience working with international markets or multinational automotive organizations is highly preferred.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience in vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and service partner performance management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently internationally (up to 50-70% of the time) to support service network development and operational activities.
Preferred Profile
Experience with EV after-sales service operations is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of workshop standards, service equipment requirements, and facility development.
Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS), service KPIs, warranty systems, and customer satisfaction metrics (NPS/CSI).
Experience launching new service networks or supporting market entry projects in international markets.
