• Manage and coordinate all activities of the tax accounting team to ensure compliance with current tax regulations.
• Take responsibility for the preparation, review, and timely submission of tax returns (VAT, CIT, PIT, foreign contractor tax, business license tax, etc.).
• Supervise tax accounting entries in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and completeness of data.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve tax-related issues; liaise with tax authorities when required.
• Organize and maintain systematic tax records and documentation to support audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
• Develop and improve tax policies and procedures; provide guidance, training, and professional support to team members.
• Lead tax planning activities, advising, and proposing tax optimization solutions while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments (accounting, finance, legal, operations, etc.) to address tax-related matters in business operations.
• Collaborate with auditors and internal control teams for audit and review purposes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Auditing, Finance, or Taxation.
• Professional certifications in accounting/tax (e.g., CPA, ACCA.) are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/tax, including at least 2 years in a senior or team leader role.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and accounting regulations; experience in working with tax authorities.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and coach team members.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
