Mô tả công việc

- Organize and assign tasks for team members.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Train and guide team members.
- Evaluate team members' performance and provide support.
- Propose ideas for team-building activities.
- Attend meetings and report on project progress as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Service Manager.
* Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:50 PM (Monday to Friday)
* Location: Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City

Yêu cầu

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the BPO field or similar.
- Russian language proficiency at B1 level or higher; knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus.
- Honest, detail-oriented, careful, diligent, and able to quickly grasp tasks.
- Proficient in office software and skilled in preparing professional reports.
