Technical Account Manager

BioTuring is seeking multiple candidates for Technical Account Manager positions, who maintain and expand relationships and empower BioTuring's Customers on their experience with BioTuring's bioinformatics software and ensure customer overall satisfaction. Our customers are mainly research scientists in R&D of global pharmaceutical companies and institutions.

The Technical Account Manager is also responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. Ideal candidates will live in the territory and have strong relationships within our current market.



Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales growth and objectives within assigned accounts

- Provide a training section/demo for customers

- Provide business insight and value to retain customers and ensure customer relationships.

- Builds and executes strategic account planning that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones

- Maintain frontier knowledge in modern biological research (especially in single-cell technologies and immunology) to empower customers (who mainly are research scientists in top pharmaceutical companies ) in their research.

- Represent customer requests to internal teams. Supervise implementations of requests and update to Customers frequently on how their requests are being handled

- Ensure that customers get sufficient notifications of the latest updates and upgrades of BioTuring's bioinformatics products.
