Technical Architect (Freelancer)

• MUST have a Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 7 years of Architectural Drafting experience.
• Multi Residential and Commercial Architectural Projects experience.
• Must have Exceptional attention to Technical and Construction Detailing.
• Must be creative and problem-solving efficiently.
• Candidates can work independently and remotely.
• Fully equipped with your own desktop or laptop PC with the capacity to handle large-scale projects in Revit 2024.
• MUST have advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit / BIM 360.
• Good knowledge of presentation software, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
• Good Knowledge of D5 Render or Lumion is an advantage.
• English Proficiency: Minimum Upper-Intermediate level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working as a team and collaborating as required.
• Expected Working hours - minimum of 40 hours weekly.
• Working hours MUST be between 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Be flexible and willing to work longer hours to meet deadlines as required.
• Work Experience in international architectural companies is an advantage.
• Shortlisted candidates must complete a skills assessment before the interview.
