• Project Leadership for International development Projects in Vietnam.
• Technical leadership in integrating architectural systems (Finishing, Interior, Exterior, MEP) from the early design stages.
Key Responsibilities
• Cross-border management and coordination among diverse partners and teams across Korea, Singapore, and Vietnam.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Civil from a recognized university.
• 5-10 years experience in Project management for residential building projects.
• Experience with international projects in Vietnam or Singapore or overseas.
• Deep understanding of building materials, systems, and their technical integration include Finishing & Interior & MEP within architectural design.
• A construction/architectural professional with strong expertise in detailed finish coordination and review.
• Fluency in both oral and written English and Vietnam.
• Proficiency in using Autocad and Design tools or BIM Tools and MS Office Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
• Good leadership.
• Good coordination and ability to work in a team environment.
• A positive and growth-oriented mindset.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
