WHAT YOU WOULD DO
We are seeking a Java Technical Lead working in Hanoi.
Design, develop, implement and maintain Java application
Design and implement microservice architecture within the given domain.
Responsible for building architecture selection, framework for the project, IT products for the company.
Participate to the building of CI/CD process
Supervise, recruit, develop and mentor a team of high-quality engineering talents while maintaining their engagement and focus on the product and company's vision.
Analyze complex issues in order to support the team in providing direction, detailed solutions.
Support the team in clarifying requirements, detailed design, and doing code review.
Manage the team & outsourcing vendors/ contractors through critical projects, making hard tradeoffs between scopes, engineering capacity, and time constraints as well as handle conflicts well and build consensus to meet the progress and quality of the projects.
