Technical Lead/Team Leader Java/ReactJS up to 5,5k

• Lead a team for high-quality, reliable, and testable deliveries within schedule.
• Develop technical requirements from business requirements.
• Architect new features for applications with front-end, back-end, and data storage.
• Develop high-level technical design with best practices, high performance, and reliability.
• Review low-level technical design in alignment with the high-level design.
• Provide technical support and solutions for technical challenges and/or issues.
• Train and coach members to build a passionate technical team with a high-performance culture.
• Guide the team to apply and follow design principles, design patterns, coding standards, code effectiveness, and best practices.
• Make a readiness of the environment for both development and testing.
• Plan suitable and enough tasks for the whole team.
• Monitor the progress of tasks effectively and clean up obstacles.

• BS, and/or MS degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in the software industry
• 6+ years of experience in working on software design, technical design, software architecture, and technical architecture.
• 2+ years of experience in leading a team size of 5+ members.
• Experience in web development and/or mobile development.
• Experience in technologies such as Spring Boot, Mybatis, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, Flutter, and AWS cloud; knowledge of GraphQL is a huge plus.
• Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, Javascript, Dart, etc.
• Solid knowledge of OOP, OOAD, design principle (SOLID, DRY, GRASP), design patterns (GoF), data structures, algorithms, and multi thread programming.
• Knowledge in release management, including AppStore, Google Play, AWS deployment; Automation, scripting, and Docker, are big pluses
• Experience in agile development processes, such as Scrum, Kanban
• Ability to work effectively, in a fast-paced environment that is transitioning from the start-up phase
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Vietnamese
