Technical Lead

• Gather, analyze, and create high-level requirements
• Build a world-class development team.
• Ensure the team adheres to the defined development methodology.
• Ensure the team writes clean, readable, and maintainable tested code.
• Facilitate auditing and optimization of code for performance issues, stability, speed, and scalability.
• Create modular code and libraries for future usage.
• To learn, grow, and improve with the team throughout the process.
• Have a lot of experience and knowledge about blockchain and cryptocurrencies
• Participate in product prototyping process, interface mock-up and GUI creation in agile environment
• Prioritize features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives to make sure the delivery of product, include managing dependencies in and across releases to complete release phases and milestones

Knowledge and skills:

• Possess Agile and Scrum practices
• More than 6 years of experience in ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server
• More than 3 years of experience in Entity Framework, Microservice, API Gateway
• TDD, writing tests and unit testing (Automated testing is a plus)
• Angular, ReactJs is a plus
• Git or other source control system.
• DevOps
• It would be nice to have experience working with containers and container orchestration systems (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Knowledge of Cryptography Decent understanding of finance/accounting/trading/economics concepts
• Contribution to open-source projects.
• Good sense of UX
• Familiar with banking systems settlement cycles

• Have built at least one or more web apps.
• Experience in leading/nurturing an engineering team.

Education/Training Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline required.
