Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead our engineering team, drive technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide technical direction for the development team.
- Design, review, and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Translate business and project requirements into appropriate technical solutions.
- Make technical decisions and ensure alignment with project goals and standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding quality, security, and best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and risks.
- Collaborate closely with BA, Project Manager, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Estimate technical effort and support project planning and delivery.
- Mentor developers and support the team in improving technical capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate technologies and propose technical improvements.
- Ensure proper technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Required skills/Experience:
- Strong experience in software development and system design.
- Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language or technology stack, such as Java or .NET
- Strong understanding of software architecture, databases, APIs, and system integration.
- Experience with relevant frameworks, development tools, and software engineering practices.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other DevOps technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a software development team.
- 6+ years in software development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field (Software Engineering).
- TOEIC score: ≥650 or an equivalent level of English proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to MLOps, AI, or big data technologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including OWASP, authentication/authorization frameworks, and security testing.
- Experience designing or leading architecture for high-traffic, enterprise-scale systems.
