Lead and develop a SharedCX engineering team, managing software engineers and technical leads
Drive design and development of ShareCX platform services with a focus on reliability, scalability, and efficiency
Own team roadmap and strategy for Axon's shared customer experience
Collaborate across teams to solve problems and reduce duplicated effort
Manage priorities and shield teams from randomization
Partner with Product/Program Management, Design, and other engineering groups
Build and scale the ShareCX teams, recruiting and retaining engineering talent
Lead by example and uphold Axon's culture of candor, care, and ownership
Drive AI adoption as a standard part of how the team plans, builds, and operates

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects or products
Experience managing engineers (ideally across multiple teams or areas) and driving initiatives from conception to production
Strong technical background in software engineering with a deep understanding of software architecture and development practices
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling engineering teams, including hiring, coaching engineers, and guiding teams through growth and change
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally across different countries, time zones, and cultures
Strategic mindset to define a long-term vision and break goals into achievable steps
Strong interest (and preferably experience) in developer productivity, DevOps, or platform engineering
Experience with or demonstrated commitment to AI-driven development practices
