In this role, you will play an important role in collaborating with the product and engineering teams to guarantee the delivery of the highest quality solutions. You will be responsible for leading the design and development of our software products. What you will do:

Define system architecture and specifications for cutting-edge features related to server infrastructure management.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to find solutions that are leverageable across multiple architectures and generations
Lead developer team of more than 5 members
Design and deploy company's web-based and mobile products on development & production environments
Troubleshoot production issues to address technical commitments and maintain system sustainability
Tackle complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problems
Able to work with a team of business people; understand business model and business operations
Manage outsourcing activities if required.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn:
Must have:
Above 6 years of programming experience
Above 3 years of leadership experience
Experienced in [protected info] (Required), React/Vue, and Postgres
Experienced in public cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform)
Strong at DevOps, experienced in building and deploying infrastructure using cloud deployment - Technologies
Comprehensive understanding of both backend and frontend aspects of software development
Advanced knowledge of complex software design, distributed system design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's degree, Master degree is a plus
Nice to have:
Experience in GitOps workflow experience
Experience in Mobile app development, especially Flutter
Business analyze and project planning
English communication
