Mô tả công việc
Technical Leadership & Project Management:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers in semiconductor projects (e.g., digital IC design, embedded software, process development).
Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.
Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEEE) and compliance with quality, cost, and timeline targets.
Stay updated on emerging semiconductor trends (e.g., AI/ML chips, IoT, automotive ICs) and drive R&D initiatives.
Presales & Sales Support:
Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients (e.g., OEMs, fabless companies).
Participate in customer meetings, product pitches, and negotiations to position our semiconductor offerings effectively.
Customer Engagement & Business Development:
Act as a technical consultant to customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored semiconductor solutions.
Drive lead generation and pipeline development in collaboration with the sales team.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and technical forums to enhance brand visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Advisory:
Advise the leadership team on semiconductor industry and relevant technology trends, investment and partnerships opportunities, competitors landscape and customer insights.
Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and product teams to align technical offerings with market demands.
Support the development of the company's long-term semiconductor strategy and product portfolio.

Yêu cầu
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or related field (Ph.D is preferable)
5-10 years of proven experience in the Semiconductor industry, in which 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager position preferred
Strong technical knowledge of Logic Synthesis & STA
Familiarity with ASIC or other Microelectronics development, including RTL design, Design for Test (DFT), and Physical Design (PnR), with strong hands-on experience with at least one of the aforementioned.
Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Perl, TCL, AWK, Python) to optimize workflows
Proficiency in Industry-standard EDA Tools for logic synthesis (DC, Genus), LEC (Formality, Conformal), STA (PrimeTime, Tempus)
Working knowledge on IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, Verilog, etc
Strong problem solving, analytical, written and verbal communication English skills.
Ability to drive and mentor a team of IC design engineers through all stages of implementation and signoff
Ability to learn and implement new methodologies, tools, and technologies as per project requirements.
Understanding any of these knowledge is a plus:

Knowledge and experience on low power and high speed design techniques.
Proven ability to consult and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders in large organizations.
Proven track record in presales, technical sales, or business development in the semiconductor industry.
5-10 years of proven experience in the Semiconductor industry, in which 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager position preferred
