Technical Manager

• Work closely with CFL-US offices to establishing confidential trust on sample quality assurance.
• Establish a strong working relationship with all internal Merchandising Units with other department concern to ensure that we have visibility and ability on all sample quality assurance issue.
• Offer expertise in solving pattern, fitting, sewing, workmanship problems and provides technical advice and improvement suggestions to resolve sample quality problem.
• Provide information, when requested, to optimize efficiencies regarding all sample quality improvement issues.
• Ensure that proper controlling is in place on Fit Technician Teams.
• Ensure that a proper Data base is kept regionally which identifies problematic factory and monitor the proper action has been taken for improvement.
• Ensure that all customer expectations are understood and achieved regionally from sampling.
• Evaluate and implement major process re-engineering projects, such as sample room quality assurance system and the computer pattern file conversion record with our key vendors.
• Ensure that all factories are following our SOP's and "Right First Time"attitude.
• Build a training and development plan, including 'Basic block pattern', for all members of the Fit Technician Team.
• Conduct training and carry out frequent factory visit to upgrade their sample-room in sample technical manufacturing knowledge skill if needed.
