The Core Job:
Ability to work well with internal teams, including engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure that user story content and prioritization are aligned with larger strategic objectives.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Work within a software development methodology like AGILE.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Represent the technical product team in Vietnam and help engineers and QAs understand every single detail of each technical product feature.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn:
You Must Have:
Proven working experience in project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Experience with project management software tools such as Jira, Trello...
Attitude: self-motivated, data-driven, responsible, detail-oriented, process-oriented, get things done.
4+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative Internet products with tons of users; including experience in an operational service delivery capacity.
Extra Bonus:
Startup experience.
Experience working with distributed development teams.
Prior experience as a Product Owner in a scrum team.
