Position Overview
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can drive sprint execution, translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and delivery quality, and lead clear communication between clients and the development team.
Responsibilities
- Manage sprints, timelines, stand-ups, reporting
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks
- Coordinate FE/BE/QA team activities
- Manage risks, blockers, and deliverable quality
- Lead communication between client stakeholders and dev team
Your Skills and Experience
Requirements
- 3 years+ PM/TPM experience
- Understanding of web/app architecture & development lifecycle
- Strong prioritization & backlog management skills
- English or Korean documentation skills
- Experience running offshore/global development teams
Nice to Haves
- Experience with ERP, eCommerce, logistics, SaaS projects
- Experience with Korean clients
- Jira/Confluence expert
