Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can drive sprint execution, translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and delivery quality, and lead clear communication between clients and the development team.

Responsibilities

• Manage sprints, timelines, stand-ups, reporting
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks
• Coordinate FE/BE/QA team activities
• Manage risks, blockers, and deliverable quality
• Lead communication between client stakeholders and dev team

Requirements

• 3 years+ PM/TPM experience
• Understanding of web/app architecture & development lifecycle
• Strong prioritization & backlog management skills
• English or Korean documentation skills
• Experience running offshore/global development teams

Nice to Haves

• Experience with ERP, eCommerce, logistics, SaaS projects
• Experience with Korean clients
• Jira/Confluence expert
