We've grown to be the largest provider in the GCC servicing events in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait. The Headquarter is located in Dubai.

We provide ticketing solutions for the following sectors:

- Entertainment events large and small

- Business events, event visitor registration services and badging.

- Sport events

- Football

- Triathlons and Runs

- Tourism attraction tickets

- Box Office solutions for venue ticketing, including stadiums, theatres and cinemas

- Marketing solutions for events

- Cinema tickets aggregation

We are searching for an experienced Technical Project Manager.

Technical Project Manager will

- participate in big custom projects technical pre-sale

- lead and deliver custom projects

- build relationships with clients and help them to succeed using our technology

- help the core team with extra developements or technical integrations

- create a customer success process

What you'll be doing:

Consulting with the functional unit to identify, define and document business requirements.

- Participate in technical pre-sale: identify the business goals, collect the requirements, identify the project scope, extra developments needed, costs, resources, build the timeline. Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations whenever required.

- Create and track the documentation needed for project execution.

- Track the project progress, hold regular project reviews with internal & client stakeholders (online and offline).

- Act as a liaison between departmental end-users, IT stakeholders, and technical experts

- Identify opportunities for improving business prospects with the client

- Provide assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching team members

- Resolve and/or escalate issues as and when it is imperative.

- Participate in tQA and pre-UAT to ensure quality

- Help core team with integrations and various extra functions

- Ability to travel to client sites across UAE/Saudi Arabia where required to support the delivery of Implementation activities

Requirements:

- The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of experience in project management in online business

- Knowledge of Project management frameworks, Waterfall, SCRUM, Agile and relevant processes

- Strong technical skills: understanding or web and mobile technologies, understanding of the development cycles, ability to read and explain API, speak the same language with developers, strong logic and analytical skills.

- Advanced English and Russian. Advanced communication and negotiations skills

- Excellent organizational, coordination experience and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to identify project dependencies and manage them

- Preferably Hands-on experience in managing a few projects and teams at the same time
