Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the coatings, agrochemical, and chemical manufacturing industries.
• Provide technical consultation and tailored solutions (grinding, dispersion, production optimization) to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, lab trials, and on-site testing to validate performance and support customer decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to engineers, R&D teams, and factory management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted go-to-market strategies and industry specific campaigns.
Manage the full sales cycle
Lead generation → Technical discussion → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing
ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Yêu cầu
• Strong technical background in chemistry, materials, polymers, or coatings or agrochemical formulations.
• Knowledge of dispersion, grinding, pigments, fillers, and active ingredients.
• Ability to analyze production processes and propose technical solutions (not just product selling).
• Experience in conducting lab trials, product testing, or technical demonstrations is a trong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with:
Engineers, R&D teams, and factory management
• Proficient in solution selling and handling B2B industrial clients.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery (bead mill, disperser, mixer, grinding systems) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, factory meetings, and on-site support.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in:Technical sales OR R&D / QC / production in coatings or agrochemical industries
• Experience in paint, printing ink, agrochemical, or industrial equipment sectors is highly preferred.
