Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Technical
Sales Executive (Automotive, $1200, ID21266):
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
Identify, recruit, and expand distributor networks to achieve assigned sales targets and market coverage objectives.
Prepare and execute weekly and monthly sales plans, and provide regular performance reports to management.
Collaborate with internal departments to implement customer service initiatives, marketing programs, and market development activities.
Conduct commercial negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, contracts, and sales agreements.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closing and revenue realization.
Develop and implement sales strategies and service activities to maximize business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Achieve and exceed sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, product-related issues, and service concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
1-3 years of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, or
Business Development.
Experience or knowledge in the battery industry is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently
