Technical Sales Executive - Ha Noi (Sewing/Garment)

Analyze complaints and needle requirements, conduct technical sewing investigation, and prepare investigation reports.
Conduct technical seminar in customer premises, assist buying houses and customers with technical advice.
Conduct sewing trial at customer sewing lines. Initiate and guide trials against competitors.
Monitor and report technical activities from competitors.
Manage and develop key customer accounts.
Participate in development of new products and solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
Implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures as required by the Company's management.
Insuring that all marketing tools and materials are available to all customers and partners.
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against targets and competitors.
