Bostik is looking for a highly motivated
Technical
Sales Manager - Flexible Lamination
to lead business growth, provide technical expertise, and strengthen customer partnerships within the flexible packaging market in Vietnam.
In this role, you will combine your technical knowledge and commercial acumen to deliver innovative adhesive solutions, support customer success, and identify new business opportunities in a dynamic and growing market.
What You'll Do
Drive business growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within the flexible packaging and lamination industry.
Act as a trusted technical advisor by recommending solutions, supporting trials, and optimizing customer applications.
Partner closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to understand market needs and deliver value-added solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, machine trials, and technical training to enhance customer capabilities and product performance.
Resolve customer concerns through collaboration with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare technical reports and share insights to support business and product development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards, and company policies.
What We're Looking For
Minimum
5 years of experience
in technical sales, technical service, or application support within the
flexible lamination, flexible packaging, adhesives, or related industries
.
Strong understanding of the
flexible packaging market
, packaging converters, lamination processes, and industry trends.
Proven ability to build customer relationships and influence technical and commercial decisions.
Experience conducting product trials, troubleshooting, application testing, and technical presentations.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven, customer-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in
Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Management
, or a related field.
