Mô tả công việc
- Research and analyze the market in order to identify target customers
- Create, sustain and develop relationships with customers
- Stay informed about competitor's activities to effectively position our offerings in the market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to explain technical features and benefits of the products to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations
- Lead negotiations with customers to secure new orders
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within our CRM system

Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree, ideally in the field of Animal Science, Nutrition Science,Biochemistry or similar
Working Experience & Skills:
- 5-7 years of sales experience within the feed additives market
- Strong understanding of technical feed products
- Good links in the industry (integrators, feed mills, farms, farm-level distributors)
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with customer staff at different levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Entrepreneurial, pro-active and independent working style
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
