Position Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Senior Manager to join our dynamic team at VinFast. This role is pivotal in overseeing technical operations and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative solutions in our manufacturing processes. Job Description:
- Lead and manage technical teams to ensure the successful execution of projects related to electric vehicle manufacturing.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and analyze technical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical operations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electric vehicle technology.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical management role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in electric vehicle technology and manufacturing processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
