- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Strong background in electric vehicle technology and manufacturing processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
