About the role

You'll own the engine room of TeenCare's classes - making sure every session runs smoothly, every class gets scheduled on time, and problems get caught and solved before families ever notice them.

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day operation of our class system, keeping disruptions to a minimum.
• Make sure classes are scheduled on time, every time.
• Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline how classes are operated - not just run the existing process.
• Handle operational issues as they come up (last-minute mentor changes, scheduling errors, and more).
• Manage and coach the Class Operations Specialists and Class Placement Specialists.
• Partner with the Customer Operation Manager to build daily operational dashboards.
