Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Fabric Sourcing Manager ($1300, ID21669)
Manage relationships with global mills and manufacturers, focusing on China and South Asia.
Handle database upkeep, PO generation, bill clearances, and quality management.
Guide teams on sourcing constraints, lead times, and technical fabric parameters.
Lead research and development for woven and knitted fabrics across diverse programs.
Align fabric selections with garment factory parameters, target pricing, and MOQs.
Drive the sampling process to meet product development deadlines.
Oversee color approvals, dyestuff application, and spectrophotometer testing.
Drive sustainable yarn sourcing initiatives and ensure full supply chain traceability.
Enforce testing standards, compliance requirements, and supplier QA scorecards.
Align cross-functional calendars between brand teams, mills, and apparel factories.
Track pre-development and bulk production WIP to guarantee on-time delivery.
Generate regular MIS reports for management, Accounts, and Finance.

Yêu cầu
Male / Female, Under 45 years old
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher
Fluent in English
Minimum 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing, product development, and supplier management within the fabric industry, with at least 3 years in an equivalent managerial role
Core Skills: Strong, proven skills in fabric supplier management and supplier development
