Educational Background: Associate Degree or higher in
Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Automation, or relevant technical disciplines (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcomed).
Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on technical experience with residential energy storage systems and photovoltaic (PV) solutions; prior experience working directly with leading manufacturers is highly preferred.
Core Competencies: Solid understanding of electrical principles and residential electrical appliances; strong analytical mindset paired with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English to collaborate seamlessly with international corporate teams.
Other Requirements: Flexibility to travel for client site visits as required; company operates under a standard work schedule without OT policy.
