Technology Operation Engineer English

• Ensure database encryption and monitor infrastructure resources using built alert frameworks.
• Handle security patching and remediation for servers and end-user clients.
• Manage Networks & VPN solutions across 5 offices.
• Monitor systems, audit logs, and manage backups and recovery.
• Provision cloud resources, analyze and optimize workflows.
• Provide helpdesk support for OS, device, and network issues.
• Develop technical documentation and investigation procedures for compliance.
• Develop team projects, such as system migrations and new solutions, to improve workspace quality.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, and Cisco CCNA certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Mindset: A demonstrable sense of ownership and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Soft Skills: A proven aptitude for self-directed and rapid learning, as well as effective task management.
• Fresh graduated and willing to learn are encouraged to apply
• Technical Knowledge
  • Administering MDM solutions, Active Directory (Google Workspace), and VPN solutions.
  • Managing SMB Networking with Unifi & Cisco equipment.
  • Managing Linux systems.
  • Building monitoring frameworks.
  • Managing alert systems such as AWS Cloudwatch, Cloudtrail, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Basic Scripting skills (Python, Shell).
• AWS Certifications is a plus.
• Have knowledge of is a plus:
  • Antivirus Enterprise solutions.
  • Password Management solutions.
  • MDM solutions.
  • Operational certificates such as ISO 27001.
  • Security certificates such as SOC2.
