Job Description:
The company, a leader in digital transformation, digital banking, and digital payments, is seeking a
Technology Service Senior Director (COO) to drive operational and technological excellence across
the organization. This role will lead the integration of cutting-edge technologies, optimize operations,
and ensure seamless service delivery across company business units. The COO will be
instrumental in aligning technology with business goals to enhance efficiency and competitive
advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Technology Leadership:
• Shape and execute operational strategies to ensure company remains a leader in the IT
industry. Align business units to achieve synergy and efficiency across the organization..
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and drive organizational priorities and long-term
goals.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that supports the organization's
operational goals and long-term vision.
• Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and drive digital
transformation.
• Ensure robust IT infrastructure and systems are in place to support scalable operations across
all units.
• Collaborate with the CTO to identify and implement solutions that streamline operations and
improve customer experience.
• Monitor trends in technology and proactively recommend initiatives to keep company
at the forefront of innovation.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align technology operations with the
company's overall vision and business objectives.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to scale services and expand market reach.
Innovation and Technology Integration:
• Champion the integration of advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and
customer experience.
• Collaborate with the CTO and technical teams to ensure operational strategies leverage
cutting-edge solutions.
• Drive initiatives that enhance digital transformation efforts across all business units.
• Drive the integration of automation, AI, and data analytics to optimize operational workflows.
• Lead the digitalization of internal and external processes to increase efficiency and reduce
costs.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based services to ensure operational
flexibility and scalability.
• Develop metrics and monitoring systems to track the performance and reliability of
technology services.
Client and Product Technology Oversight:
• Oversee the technological aspects of product development, ensuring solutions are innovative,
reliable, and aligned with market demands.
• Work closely with internal departments and other units to deliver customized tech-driven
solutions for clients.
• Maintain a focus on user experience and ensure that technology services meet or exceed client
expectations.
Operations Management
• Lead the development and optimization of operational processes to meet business objectives
and industry standards.
• Oversee the implementation of systems and infrastructure that support scalable and
sustainable growth.
• Ensure operational policies comply with legal regulations and industry best practices.
Performance and Budget Accountability:
• Develop and manage budgets for technology operations, ensuring cost-effective delivery of
high-quality services.
• Analyze and report on operational metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance
performance.
• Provide regular updates to the CEO and board on the progress of technology initiatives and
their impact on the business.
Other tasks according to assignment from direct managers.

Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operational leadership roles within the software, technology, or tech delivery industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile and DevOps methodologies, as well as tech delivery services.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience in building and leading diverse teams.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
