Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and highly motivated Sales Administrator cum Tele-
marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this dual-function role, you will be the backbone of our sales department-managing critical administrative tasks while actively driving outbound tele-marketing campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a resilient attitude toward cold/warm calling, and a sharp eye for detail to handle data management and sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tele-marketing & Lead Generation (Approx. 70%)
• Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to prospective B2B/B2C clients to introduce our products/services.
• Lead Qualification: Identify customer needs, qualify potential leads, and route high-value opportunities to the appropriate Sales
Account Manager.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule product demonstrations, consultations, or meetings for the outdoor sales team.
• Campaign Follow-ups: Follow up on marketing campaigns, email blasts, and inbound inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
2. Sales Administration & Support (Approx. 30%)
• CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate contact details, call logs, and deal statuses.
• Documentation: Prepare, process, and issue sales quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales agreements.
• Coordination: Act as the internal bridge between the sales team, logistics/operations, and the clients to ensure timely delivery of services or products.
• Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly sales performance, call metrics, and revenue reports for management review.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in
telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or sales administration.
• Education: High School Diploma, Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Language proficiency: Preferably able to speak & write basic English.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive phone manner.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
• Soft Skills:
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain high energy levels.
