Coordinate and execute personalized invitation campaigns through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Conduct daily tele-calling activities (100-120 calls/day) to invite, verify, and update visitor information.
Maintain and update visitor databases accurately with strong attention to detail.
Verify and enhance contact information for potential visitors and partners.
Work closely with the project and marketing teams to support overall visitor and exhibitor initiatives.
Support visitor registration, RSVP tracking, and feedback collection.
Yêu cầu
Recent graduate or final-year student.
Strong interest in communication, customer service, telemarketing, or event management.
Professional, polite, and confident phone communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, data entry systems, and basic CRM tools.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Fluent in Vietnamese communication skills.
