• Conduct outbound calls and use social platforms to personally welcome newly registered customers & use closing techniques to persuade customers to purchase our product.
• Develop and execute strategies to work on finding a potential customer through various channels including call and social media to boost sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly to achieve monthly target.
• Seek feedback from customers to have sight on their participation journey, keep record of insights to optimize future acquisition strategies.
• Handling acknowledging rejections and provide alternative approach even in difficult situations.
Yêu cầu
• Education level: Intermediate Degree/The Degree of Associate/bachelor's degree in any field.
• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Sales experience: Previous experience as tele sales representative or in related sales function is required.
• Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office products in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Software Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport quickly and develop relationships.
• Adaptability and Fast-Paced Environment: Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Results-Driven: Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
• Personal Attributes: PROACTIVE, CREATIVE, HIGHLY ENERGICTIC, PERSISTENCY, and INDEPENDENT with consultative selling skills.
