I/General Description:
• Make consultation calls to customers based on the data list provided by the company
• Answer inquiries and persuade customers to use the product
• Care for and monitor customers throughout the consulting process
• Update customer information and call results on the system
• Perform work reports as required by management
• Achieve assigned sales targets

IV/ Job Requirements :
• French nationals or Vietnamese candidates with strong French communication skills are preferred
• High school diploma or higher
• At least 6 months of
telesales experience
• Clear, pleasant voice with good communication skills
• Persuasion skills and ability to handle rejection
• Diligent, persistent, and able to work under sales pressure
