We are expanding our operations in Vietnam and looking for talented individuals to join and build our sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult and introduce EHAsia's services via phone based on the assigned customer list.
Proactively contact and identify customer needs from available data sources (existing clients, potential leads).
Provide customer care before, during, and after service usage.
Achieve KPIs, meet call quality standards, and strictly follow the company's telesales process.
Collaborate with relevant departments to complete profiles, contracts, and handle customer requests.
Execute other tasks as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 1 - 2 years in Customer Service or
Insurance Support within a private clinic environment.
Advantage: Experience in selling corporate health screening packages is a plus (not mandatory).
Communication: Clear voice, excellent over-the-phone communication skills, confident, and patient.
Skills: Strong listening, questioning, and problem-solving skills.
Research: Ability to research and gather corporate
information.
Attributes: Proactive, meticulous, and flexible.
Language: Basic English is an advantage (not mandatory).
