Supervise daily sales activities of the
telesales team, ensuring the
telesales process runs smoothly and effectively.
Coordinate with Human Resources to recruit, manage, and develop staff to accomplish Team Telesales goals.
In charge of operational activities: personnel arrangement, work coordination, forecasting, logistics arrangements.
Coordinate with relevant departments to develop policies and services.
Report weekly/monthly the Team's performance and KPI indicators to superiors.
Other tasks as requested by superiors.
Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other business related.
From 1 years of experience in managing and operating a telesales team from the Real Estate / Banking / Insurance industry or related industries.
Good communication and good push sales skills. Agile, enthusiastic, quick to adapt to changes.
Effective problem solving, planning and work tracking skills.
Skills to work under high pressure, eager to learn and like challenges.
