Overview of the Role
Lead and motivate a team of
Telesales Representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service for UOB Vietnam's financial products.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of
Telesales Representatives to maximize their performance and potential.
• Set clear sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Implement sales strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and product penetration.
• Ensure team adherence to UOB Vietnam's sales processes, compliance regulations, and service quality standards.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to optimize sales efforts.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
