We're looking for a Temporary Billing Associate _ Finance team to join our team.

ABOUT YOU
In your role as a Temporary Billing Associate _ Finance team you will:
- Ensure billing cycles and accuracy in invoicing to customer is always maintained
- To reconcile with customer to finalize the billing amount
- To issue VAT invoice and ensure they are released in timely manner
- To prepare VAT output declaration and other related tasks
- Innovate billing processes
- List and maintain the billing process and ensure the accurate reporting of profitability on all distribution and mail solutions services
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reports and schedules
- Other ad-hoc assignments
We're looking for people with the following experience:
1. Newly graduate Minimum College holder with at least a year of relevant work experience
2. Can work short-term (7 months)
3. Have opportunity to sign long-term contract if available
4. Enjoy working with number and being a detail - oriented person
5. Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills
6. Organized and structured in performing tasks
7. Independent and possess good work commitment
