Tenant Management Assistant Manager

- Monitor tenant activities, work with the Building Maintenance Team to resolve technical issues and tenant defect reports, related documents.
- Manage procurement, contracts, and outsourced service payments for daily building operations.
- Supervise and instruct security service, cleaning service, landscape service and pest control service quality as contract and building standards.
- Handle customer-related issues such as feedback and complaints.
- Coordinate with the Leasing Team to update tenant move-ins, provide necessary documents, and oversee the handover process. Monitor construction timelines, ensure compliance with building regulations, and handle violations or delays.
- Coordinate with Branding & Marketing Teams for operating events, ensure safety, security and handle construction violation.
- Claim insurance for any property's damages arising during operation as insurance contract.
- Manage variable and fixed costs for building operations, including energy, maintenance, and outsourced services. Prepare reports on operations, security, costs, property conditions, and parking revenue.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
