Mitigation & Investigation Supervisor/ Assistant Manager

* Position 1: Mitigation & Investigation Supervisor (SHTP - District 9, HCMC)
Assist the Security Manager and team members to manage vendor's performance. Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure by performing the following duties:
- Manage the performance of security supplier at Milwaukee factories.
- Collaborate with site leaders and department managers to determine security needs.
- Gather security intelligence and implement preventative measures.
- Build and maintain good relationships with security vendors, local authorities, District Police teams, Police Commanders of the Province/City where MIL operations are located.
- Set up/control/update guard position layout, install patrol spot check system and CCTV system.
- Establish procedures to guide operations, inspections, monitoring and retrieval of data / information from new and existing systems.
- Regular scheduled and unplanned checking of the operations and relevant reporting.
- Monthly reporting complied with in standard company format.
- Fully comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam Legislation.
- Investigation of all security related incidents: Investigate, report and propose appropriate recommendations in a timely manner.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
* Position 2: Assistant Mitigation & Investigation Manager (Dau Giay, Dong Nai)
Assist to MMIF Manager to oversees all security-related aspects of Milwaukee factories. This position provides functional guidance in the areas of personnel security, physical security, threat and risk assessment and business continuity planning.
- Provides functional guidance to Milwaukee Tools management in evaluating and managing security related matters to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contractual requirements; complies with internal policies and standard operating procedures and falls within pre-defined budget.
- Provides expertise in the areas of risk assessment, loss mitigation, investigation, security, and emergency preparedness to support Milwaukee Tool's Account-Level management in the event of a security emergency.
- Manages/ controls the performance of security supplier at Milwaukee factories. Investigation of all security related incidents: Investigate independently, report and propose appropriate recommendations in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with site leaders and department managers to determine security needs, gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.
- Build and maintain good relationships with security vendors, local authorities, District Police teams, Police Commanders of the Province/City where MIL operations are located.
- Oversees all aspects of security systems, standards of operations and vendor's performance.
- Ensures compliance with corporate and legislated policies, procedures, practices and guidelines related to physical, personnel and information security.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam Legislation.
- Other related tasks as assigned
